Looking for motivation, inside

I know that motivation does not come from external sources.


I can look for an objective, aim for a target, focus on a goal. But the motivation will always come from within.


Motivation is not fuel you get from pump, it is the engine that pushes forward at all the speed and power she has.


Sometimes the engine is cold and does not want to start. Sometimes it gets clogged and needs some cleaning. Sometimes it just needs to rest for a while before pushing forever stronger.


In any case, I need to look for my motivation inside. Outside I can get some inspiration to server as a starter. But the real power and momentum will be built within...
