My back hurts

It's been hurting for the last couple of months or more.


There have been a some days during that time that it bothered me only a little. But most of the time it is annoyingly there. Reminding me that I am getting old, that I am fat, and that I do not take enough care of myself.


Constantly insinuating that something is not 100% right.


I am not sure why I just remembered something I heard Samuel say once. That he had a method of knowing when he needed to loose weight. If his back started hurting then he "simply" started doing sit-ups until it went away.


As always with Samuel the truth might have been more complex and less clear-cut than that, but maybe he was up to something.


So, I guess I need to take better care of myself, keep loosing weight (about 9 Kg so far), lower my stress level, and get my back to stop hunting me.

KPIs are not always straightforward, but as a good tester it's better to capture the nuances pointing towards the interesting issues below the surface. That way we can avoid a sinking the ship because of icebergs floating silently in the night...
