Sometimes I don't need to help.

She is right, she usually is 😄.


I have something in me that "forces me" to save the day. This is even more "savoury" if it comes at some personal sacrifice.


It is screwed up - not 100% screwed up as it is, after all, a way of helping - but I need to control it more.


I hope I get to it, I really hope I can make better decisions about when to act and when to let go.


I also hope it helps in the way she thinks it will.
