Taking responsibility

Many people think it is better to be 100% responsible of something.


That may be true, at least for some occasions and events, but sometimes it is easier to share responsibility in order to be able to focus on specific things while other focus on some other things.


But sometimes we do not have a choice, and we need to take responsibility, maybe even to grab it...


I am not looking for the spotlights, I am also not afraid of them. I simply think that spotlights are an artificial way to steal attention on to yourself, and I do not like that attention.


I will take the responsibility, grab it if needed, stand under the spotlight and continue to move forward.


But I am not doing it for the sake the responsibility or for the spotlight. I am doing it because it is not close to impossible to share this responsibility and keep moving forward on what I think is the right direction.
