Too busy to even think about it

There are times when I am so busy that I can't even take time to think about it.

It may sound good, but it isn't.

After a while at this pace, I start literally breaking apart:

  • My eating goes up - and with it my weight.

  • My sleep goes down.

  • I start having back and leg issues.

  • I become really grumpy with most people around me.

  • I concentrate less, and so require more time to do things.

  • and so the vicious circle just feeds itself...

So what is the cure, you ask? Not sure myself.

Maybe I will meditate more, I can simply try to concentrate more, or try to take stuff off my plate.

In any case, a good start is noticing there is an issue.
